Mortgages by Leslie
Until I was 30-years-old, I did everything wrong. I didn't save, I didn't
budget, I had marginal credit, I was always broke, and not only did I not
know how to change my situation, it seemed too overwhelming to even try.
That has all changed in the past six years. 2001 and 2002 were extreme
learning years for me. I made both small and large changes, and by early
2005, my financial situation had radically improved!

As a mortgage broker, I have the opportunity to put into practice all I have
learned. By offering clients optional financial and credit counseling, I can
help others get their financial houses in order so they are in a better
position to buy a home or investment property. Many have also changed
their lives.

I've included some of the aspects about financial management and wealth
accumulation I've practiced to change my life dramatically. Not all of these
ideas will be right for everyone -- they are the tools that worked for me.

start saving.

The third thing I did was begin to
invest in property.
